Our trained technician will visit your .property and complete a Full Visual Inspection of the furnace and Computer Combustion Analysis.* Perform combustion analysis, Clean heat exchanger as needed, Check thermostat operation, Clean burners as needed, Check and adjust safety controls, Clean flame sensor, Check ignition devices, Check gas pressure, Check entering and leaving temperatures, Check vent piping and venting, Lubricate as needed, Check for gas leaks at furnace, Inspect heat exchanger for safety defects, Check gas valve operations, Clean and/or replace filters, Check combustion air, Adjust pilot, Measure volt & amps, Measure CO levels, Check pressure switch, Check overall system performance.
